Each booking comes with basic speakers, but we can also set the speakers up for a live event.

If you would like, we can capture content in your event. Photos and videos.
Rules for AV and music
DJs are allowed. Amplified music is allowed. Guests may amplify music by connecting a personal device to speakers within the space.
Are your bookable hours flexible?
Yes, hours may be adjusted upon request.
Event related rules and restrictions
Ticketed events are allowed. Certain events may require security. That is on a case by case basis. Just ask!

Parking description
The Loft 215 is located within Jasper Studios, which has a private gated parking lot available for guests. Secure and convenient with no searching for street parking.
General Rules
No smoking inside the space. A designated smoking area is available just outside the venue. Alcohol is permitted. Outside catering is welcome.
Ages 18+
Security cameras and recording devices
The space is equipped with security cameras for the safety of guests and the property. Cameras are located in common areas and record continuously. No audio recording devices are in use. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Operating Hours
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Payments made to reserve an event date are non-refundable. If plans change, guests may request to reschedule and apply payments toward a future event date within six (6) months of the original event date, subject to venue availability and approval by The Loft 215. One (1) reschedule is permitted. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing.
