1. Booking & Reservations
By booking The Loft 215, you agree to these terms and conditions. A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment of the required deposit. The customer assumes all liability for the event and any damage or incidents that occur during the rental period.
2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date. We accept all major credit cards. Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Payments made to reserve an event date are non-refundable. If plans change, guests may request to reschedule and apply payments toward a future event date within six (6) months of the original event date, subject to venue availability and approval by The Loft 215. One (1) reschedule is permitted. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing.
4. Event Conduct & Rules
The renter is responsible for the conduct of all attendees. The following are not permitted:
- Smoking inside the venue (designated outdoor smoking area available)
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Excessive noise outside agreed-upon hours
- Damage to property (renter is liable for repairs)
- Violation of local laws or ordinances
The Loft 215 reserves the right to terminate an event if conduct violates these terms. No refund will be issued.
5. Capacity & Safety
Maximum occupancy is 120 guests. The renter is responsible for monitoring guest count and ensuring compliance with fire codes and safety regulations. Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
6. Setup, Breakdown & Occupancy Hours
Setup and breakdown time are included in your rental period. All guests must vacate the premises and the space must be returned to its original condition by the end of your booking time. Additional fees of $50 per hour apply for overstay.
7. Liability & Damages
The Loft 215 provides insurance coverage for the structure only. The renter is responsible for liability insurance covering their event and all attendees. The renter assumes full liability for any damage to the venue, equipment, or surrounding property. Repair or replacement costs are the renter's responsibility.
8. Entertainment & AV Equipment
All entertainment must be coordinated in advance. DJs and live music are permitted. The venue provides basic AV equipment; renters may bring additional equipment. The Loft 215 is not responsible for third-party AV provider equipment or performance issues.
9. Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are permitted. Alcohol is allowed (guests must be 21+). The renter is responsible for all food waste disposal and cleanup. No outside catering company setup fees apply if brought by the renter.
10. Photography & Recording
The Loft 215 is equipped with security cameras for safety purposes. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by law. Renters may film or photograph their event for personal use.
11. Modifications to Terms
The Loft 215 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in writing. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
